About this Event Series
Breaking Bread, Building Hope gathers supporters, volunteers, culinary enthusiasts, and business leaders to shine a light on how we can build pathways to stability and self-sufficiency. Each year, we focus on a new foundational principle of Lifebridge’s work, celebrate a Lifebridge honoree, and showcase the delicious food that is served by our kitchens to hungry people in Salem and Gloucester, Massachusetts.

2025: A Celebration of Community Meals
In this inaugural Breaking Bread event, the program featured a powerful message on the role of nourishment in recovery, recognition of beloved Lifebridge Kitchen Manager Karen Andrew, and a Fund-A-Need in support of our dedicated community meals team. All proceeds supported Lifebridge’s mission to provide nutritious meals and compassionate care to our neighbors in need.
